Micah Dickie

Micah Dickie is a litigator in the firm's Atlanta office. As a member of the firm’s Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group, Micah represents clients during safety and health inspections by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and defends them during contested OSHA matters. To help avoid litigation, he counsels clients on best practices for mitigating the risk of workplace incidents and OSHA inspections. 

As a member of the firm’s Education Practice Group, Micah provides school clients with advice on policy reviews, drafting of contracts, and practical solutions to employment issues 

Jeramy Hurt

Director of EHS Solutions | Ideagen

Jeramy helps large employers determine the best technology strategy for automating their EHS processes and define the requirements for achieving that strategy. He brings nearly 20 years of experience to the role, including senior EHS positions at PepsiCo, Valvoline, ABB, PPG, and Del Monte.

Jeramy has a degree from Indiana State University, is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and is a Certified Safety Professional through the BCSP.
